Frequently Asked Questions

Can anyone purchase from your website?

Sorry, but no. We are not open to the general public. A business license and a current version of the Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax (or in other states, a Sales Tax exemption) is required in order to add your company to our client base.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order for local delivery on our vans is $20.00 and the delivery fee is $10.00. If the order is greater than $300.00 the delivery is free. Out of our local delivery area there is no order minimum, but shipping is charged per order based on the method chosen.

When do you deliver?

We deliver daily Monday to Friday by our vans locally from our warehouse in Melbourne, Florida as far South to the Stuart, FL area, and north to the Merritt Island, FL area. West to the Kissimmee area, and North to Titusville is delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  We are closed on Sunday. If you need a special delivery in our area please call and we can arrange.

When should I place my order?

We suggest you place your flower order at least two weeks to one month prior to your event. Next day orders may be possible depending on flower variety and availability. However, ordering in advance locks in current prices and improves availability chances. Orders come on a first come, first serve basis. The earliest orders will be fulfilled first. After we receive your order, a customer service representative will call you to verify your order.

Who should I call or email if I have questions about my order?

You can call our main line at (321) 723-3070.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our flowers and supplies; if there are any quality issues (credits) must be reported for flowers within 24 hours of product being received, and must be returned by your next scheduled delivery day. For supplies within 30 days, in the original packaging, or be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All Special order sales are final.

  2. Click "Create an Account" and follow prompts and fill in your information.

Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

How do I edit my account information?

Sign in to your account and click "Account Settings". Edit information as needed.

How should I cut the stem?

Always use a clean sharp knife or a pair of flower shears rather than scissors as scissors can crush the stem and prevent water uptake.  In general the cleaner the cut the better it is for the flower. Cut off approximately the bottom 1" of the stem.

Why do I need to use flower food?

When a flower is still attached to the mother plant it is receiving an ongoing supply of food, water, and growth hormones. This nourishment stops when the flower is cut. A good quality flower food is formulated to provide what the flower requires to bloom and retain its form, color, and scent.

Why do most cut flower care instructions advise the removal of the leaves?

First, all of the leaves should not be removed, just those below the waterline. Why? Once again to discourage the growth of bacteria, leaves left to soak in the water not only provide the ideal breeding ground for micro-organisms but contribute to the "bio-load" of the water as well.  However, it is important not to remove too many leaves as the leaves play an important role in water uptake, so to be safe, just remove those below the waterline.  Please see our flower care section for specific flowers and tips.

Pricing discrepancies

Many floral products fluctuate during the season and can move up or down, especially during the holiday time.  Because of the number of sku's on this site the final price is the one out of our accounting system and will appear on your invoice.  We do our best to make sure they are in sync, but if they are not we will let you know of the price error and let you decide whether to purchase.
